Construction Dewatering is common term used to describe removal of draining ground water or surface water from construction site, this dewatering may be implemented before surface excavation for foundations, shoring cellar space to lower the water table. Usage Information

Single Spring Mechanical Seal: These seals function independent of direction of rotation and is designed for reducing the operating costs and eliminating the product contamination.

Multiple Spring Mechanical Seal: These multi spring seals can be used with different equipment that has rotating shafts such as pumps, mixers and agitators. Multiple spring design ensures uniform loading of seal face and components for acceptable shaft misalignment.

Rubber Bellow Mechanical Seal: These has a unique rubber bellow secondary seal, which provides a high degree of axial flexibility to compensate for lack of concentricity of the shaft & misalignment & wear due to thrust movement of the shaft. It is used in sewage applications/ waste water pumps & fuel injection pumps.

Usage Information

Semi Split Mechanical Seal: Split Seals are design for the equipment where dismantling & assembly of the machine is difficult job. These seals can be easily installed in the equipment without prolong shut down and allow user to install the seal in minimum time. Semi Split Seals have only split seal faces & rest of the parts are in non-split type, these seals are normally used in heavy equipment where shaft size is extra-large & changing of spares is a real challenge. The split seal faces can be easily removed & change on the equipment with minimum downtime & thus save lot of precious time to maintain the equipment.

Split Mechanical Seal - is used to seal rotating equipment such as (often vertical or horizontal multi-stage), mixers, agitators, stern tubes, and reactors. It is designed with a split face rotating and split stationary lapped ring which combine to form the primary seal. These rings or seal faces are sealed to the drive element and gland element via split secondary elastomer seals. These secondary seals may be molded for easy installation or vulcanized in place for custom seal designs.

Cartridge Mechanical Seal: Is specially designed to handle highly corrosive and abrasive media. The range is available in different cartridge and semi cartridge version. Cartridge Mechanical Seals are manufactured using high quality raw material.

Componant Mechanical Seal: Usually these are considered to be disposable since refurbishing the metal parts and replacing the wearable items isn't economical. It is used assembled on the pump.

Elastomer Bellow Mechanical Seal: Is specially designed to use for Hot water pumps, Cold water pumps, Oil pumps and Steamers. These elastomer bellow seals can be use regardless of direction of rotation since the driving torque is not transmitted through the coil spring. The required driving torque is enhanced through the unique rubber bellow which fits on the shaft through the interference fit between the collar, rubber bellow and shaft.

Compressor Mechanical Seal: These are high-speed seals for turbo compressors, screw compressors, gear compressors or rotary piston blowers. The rotating seat is driven by a friction clamp. Good heat transfer and low turbulence losses are endured by guidance of the buffer medium. The product pressure keeps the seal closed if the oil system is switched off on shut down of the compressor.
